A Space Barbarian moonbase.
The Space Barbarians are exactly what it says on the tin. Many of its citizens are deserters from other star civilizations like the M-Throne Empire or the Krude Konstruktion Kingdom.
They defended a computer containing secret information at a moon base from a force of mandos and droids. They also have a surprisingly extensive navy.
