BLACKlisted weapons are weapons that are unbalanced but not game-breakers. They may be forbidden from matches because of the way they decimate enemy forces with ease. There are no special restrictions on these weapons (any minifig could wield them with impunity) but they tend to overbalance an army's offensive capabilities in such a way that is simultaneously awe inspiring in concept and representative of complete fun-killing douchebaggery in practice. Players may decide on what qualifies as belonging on a particular match's BLACKlist when they sit down to play as there really is no general agreement. Allowed and disallowed rules are the purview of preference.
