The commander of the 10th Panzerdivision, Colonel Leizer is one of the most experienced armoured soldiers in the Brikverse. While he initially served with the UK expeditionary force, he left to join the Bundeswehr after a series of "incidents" with certain British higher-ups left him on uncertain ground.
