Constructs are creatures whose bodies comprise multiple modular parts that can haphazardly be hotswapped in and out. Usually, Constructs are also Unliving but this is not a requirement. BrikWars' multi-genre design allows for any number of possibilities that might explain such a creature's biological makeup. Constructs are an interesting mirror to the BrikVerse itself, a composite of splintered parts that do not have to adhere to any logikal design. All that matters is that the parts are connected. In fact, the 2010 ruleset even goes so far as to represent that mechanically, giving Constructs a Connection Strength rather than an Armor Rating. Enemies wishing to destroy a Construct must do so by the unconventional means of knocking the parts away from one another.

Rumors of Origin

When and where the first blokbot attack occurred has been lost in depths of time. One of the first survived attacks was the failed attack on R.A. in late [BR 2,009]. At the end of that attack there was a single minifig survivor left to tell a gruesome tale of waves of color blokbots led by a [Blokthulu]. An almost mythical tale of a blokbot attack can be found in an early [Warhead] tome. However, they were know as Cyber-men and were far more powerful than any blokbot. It is unknown whether these were totally unrelated, whether these were the proto-types for the current blokbots, or these were the creators of the blokbots.

It is now rumored that the [Brik End Space Empire] encountered the Blokbots after their first foray into space in [BR 2,008]. The Blokbots destroyed the Brik End Space Empire's frigates and capitol ship, then proceeded to ravage the planet and raze cities for several months. One day in [BR 2,010], they simply disappeared, headed back into space. Now that the B.E.S.E. has begun to make colonization attempts, there have been reports of Blokbot scout sightings, but no large force has yet been sighted.

Typical Attack

Almost all attacks have been led by some form of leader, whether it be an enhanced blokbot or something more nasty. They almost never attack with all of their force all at once, preferring to wear down the enemy with wave after wave of bloks. They sometimes manifest the ability to transform and combine into deadly creations.
