The Directive of Incorporated Colonies and Kingdoms, more commonly shortened to D.I.C.K. is the charter explaining the purpose of the Allied Nations. It basically states that members of the AN are to be nice and fight injustice. No one listened.
It was later amended to promote violence, war, mayhem, beer and alcohol in general, strippers, and porn. It permits steel cage death-matches in committee session.
