The Kurosai Buntai is a minor faction associated with the Monolith Imperiya. It is little more than an Regional Authority that produces Special materials and assets in exchange for protection and participation alongside the Imperiya
They were chosen by Imperiya to Take the Leading role in their "Joint Association Group" which was a Subfaction consisting of an alliance of other minor autonomous groups associated with the Imperiya. Leaders within the group were upset with the appointment as the Sindrians were a smaller group that contributed less in personnel. And it was clearly a political bribe because of the fuel.
