The Syndikat controls a number of Private Military Companies made up of veterans defecting from other groups for a hefty paycheck. In addition to their Uniformed PMCs, they are also known to have occasional street gangs on the payroll to guard the more clandestine assets of their Conglomerate. They also field a number of custom military vehicles, but prefer to use civilian grade transport.

OSEC

OSEC (Objective Security) Is a large Private Military Company owned and operated by the Syndikat, They are the Syndikat's most obvious and overt of any of their security contractor subsidiaries, providing uniformed security for their businesses and operations, as well as providing muscle to anyone who negotiates to pay for their services. OSEC Contractors are well trained and equipped, often drawing from the ranks of other militaries. They also possess a fleet of their own armored vehicles. In R2021 they were deployed to the Imperial city of Novosk after Authorities attempted to shut down Syndikat Labs that were deemed to be conducting illegal operations. The ensuing conflict with the Authorities and later the Slavonik PMC "MEDVED" resulted in a exodus of civilians, and the blockade of the city by the Imperial Military, very much in line with how the League city of Vostok fell into chaos only a year prior under similar circumstances.

Sometimes erroneously referred to as "Mercs" Contractors are employees of the Syndikat owned OSEC that provide security for both the group's assets as well as it's high ranking employees. Syndikat PMCs are quite infamous for their flagrant abuse of the laws in municipalities. When they are on task, they will do whatever they have been paid to do, even if that means cold blooded murder of people threatening company property, or getting into gunfights with any authorities trying to investigate the Syndikat's illegal activities.
