Size 0 creatures are called Vermin. They are very small and weak creatures but can gain strength in numbers, ganging up in Swarms and combining their stings and bites into lethal damage. Vermin are treated as essentially without mass and so can climb vertical or inverted surfaces with no problem, are immune to falling damage, and can be easily wielded by minifigs.
In game, vermin are typically represented with one-piece pre-molded animals and the like.
