Commander Armitage: Crap, they're closing on us. This might be the end. Fire another volley at that cruiser. If we can't take it down at least we can try to weaken those shields.
The Battle Station fired everything at the Lady Vega II. A torpedo even managed to hit, but the Hex Shields stopped every shot. They failed right at the end, but no damage was done to the ship.
The remaining Gunboat and Mercury moved up. The Gunboat fired at the immobilized Akkadian Light Frigate, but the shot didn't make it past the armour.
The Mercury shot at the Lady Vega II but it was also protected by its armour.
The Akkadian ship returned fire, but missed.
The other one shot the Slava but here the armour beat the damage.
The Slava returned fire with its heavy gun and the starboard laser cannon.
The blast went through the shields and destroyed the Light Frigate.
The Nefrace slowly turned and changed course.
Then Major Alice set the crippled ship onto auto-pilot and ejected in an escape pod with the rest of the crew.
The Tirpitz meanwhile fired its two remaining boarding pods.
They raced around towards the Slava.
Then the Tirpitz and the Lady Vega II fired simultaneously on the Battle Station.

Captain Roberto: High five!!
Inquistador: Wait, captain, another ship is approaching.
Roberto: On Viewer!!
An Assyrian ship approaches. This is the Havestar, responding to the distress signal. It is controlled by Ross Varn.
Commander Parry: We have arrived at the Station. Lieutenant, get a visual of the situation.
Lieutenant: Yes sir.
The Havestar arrives to a scene of destruction. The remains of the Battle Station are still burning.
Parry: We're too late... Attention enemy vessels: You have committed an act of war upon the Assyrian Star Empire. More reinforcements are on their way. Surrender immediately or be destroyed.
Roberto: Fool! Do you not see the destruction we have wrought before you? Your fleet is crippled, the station destroyed. You will suffer the same fate as them.
And so the Havestar jumps forth at full speed towards the battle.
Overwatch of the Space Battle.
On board the Tirpitz the foremost Akkadians fall back, firing as they retreat.
The Czechs move up. One fires and misses, the other with the shield stabs the Piltogg with his harpoon gun.
The Akkadians fire back, killing the guy with the shield and the guy next to him.
Then response fire from one of the Commandos in the back takes out a second Akkadian.
That is the end of Turn 5. Send orders for Turn 6!!
