Brikspace rules?

I've read a few battle reports of Brikspace and seen some ships with stats. But I can't find the rules. Could someone derect me to them?

As far as I know it's brikwars but with everything scaled down so that 1 stud = 1-3" depending on what scale you want. remove all maximum size limits from weapons, and calculate out by just plugging your effective size into the weapons charts, and any other stats involving size. Fudge whatever gets hazy.
