QoP: Head Separator Part III -- Turn 1

[Natalya]

Turn 1 is done.




Turn 1 Begins!!






The Assyrians go later, but I gave initiative to the two bunkers, since they would have seen the attackers coming. Therefore I let them go first, but the rest of the Assyrians are later. Anyway, the hill pillbox gunners open fire.




They fire through a Space Ninja and blow a tire on the catapult car thing.




-2" to move.




One of the gunners over here freaks out and holds the trigger down, but the recoil send his shots flying over the Akkadians' heads. The other gunner does better.




Two Akkadians are killed.

[Natalya]

Space Ninjas



Most of them run up as fast as they can. Dark Ka goes more slowly.




Concentrating, he lands a shot in between the eyes of one of the bunker gunners.




The other one who fired miraculously hits an Assyrian defender on the wall.

[Natalya]

Guitar Players



They're rockin' on top of the building.




But this concert needs more fans. The guitar lady goes inside to use the computer while her friend keeps playing on the roof. She sends out a Twitter message about the concert.




Crap, looks like they don't have that many fans...




But some of their most dedicated followers show up. (Next turn she can try another social networking site.)

[Natalya]

Akkadian Fanatics



These guys charge, but the catapult car thing hits a tree. The tree is no match for the giant saw blade, but now its branches blocked the view for most of the fanatics. The minigunner shoots anyway, but he doesn't hit shit.




But that crap isn't important... This is what's important!!




He gets launched 16" which is just enough to land him on the wall, but not too far. (I did a roll plus some momentum calculation from the car thing moving before he got launched.)




He gets up and blasts an Assyrian.

[Natalya]

Akkadians



Piltogg concentrates and uses the unholy powers of the Oktopustika...




But he didn't do a very good job. (Bad roll, try again next turn.) Only a few animals were summoned. Two skeletons also appear.




But they did spawn in a good spot. The commandos weren't looking, so they didn't have initiative to shoot at them first. One commando gets killed by scorpions while another is eaten by the crocodile.




The other two attack back. The guy with the laser sword kills two scorpions. The lady with the SMG wounds the crocodile, but because it successfully ate a minifig it had +1 HP, so now it is just back to full health. (2 HP)




The commandos back away slowly.




Out front the Akkadians fire into the pill box. It is kindof hard to aim in there (-2 to skill) but when you have this many people shooting you're bound to hit something. Both gunners are killed.




Then the Black Knight with the Heavy Auto Cannon fires at a guard on the wall, or more accurately the section of wall that was protecting him. (Easier to hit a giant wall than an obscured target.)




The explosion damages the top of the wall, killing the soldier behind it.




Another Black Knight fires a missile.




The explosion kills two more.




Then Piltogg leaps forth and slices the wall with the Original OTC.




He slices a hole in the wall and steps inside. This small area was unoccupied.

[Natalya]

Immortals



They move up a bit behind the Akkadians, but it's cramped over here. Two Terrorkhan fire their jet packs.




They land on the pillbox.




Warhead's entourage moves forwards a bit, but Warhead grows impatient with the slow progress.




He drops his Heavy Flamethrower and takes an energy weapon from one of his minions.







He hits the target.




The White Knight's main weapon is destroyed.







Inspired, another of the Immortal ground troops fires.




And hits another Assyrian in the face.

Assyrian Armoured Division




The White Widow and the Armoured Car move up. The Car's gunner kills a skeleton.




The Vanquisher also moves up.




In a sick twist of fate, the White Knight fires a missile at its brethren below.




One of the Black Knights gets hit. Its lower left arm is blown off and the chest plate is destroyed. It suffers 1 point of structure damage.




However, he fires back in response, but misses.




The White Knight then turns around and moves towards where that mowhawk dude landed on the wall.

[Natalya]

MAOX



Major Riker and his men move up. The rocket guy fires at the pillbox.




His aim is good, hitting the inner back wall of the pillbox. The damage wasn't enough to hurt the structure itself, but it kills the Assyrian inside.




One of the heavy machine guns gets knocked out by the blast.

[Natalya]

Assyrian Soldiers and Commandos



These guys fire back.




Two Akkadian Fanatics are killed.




But one of the Death Korps gets to fire back.




Another one bites the dust...




Behind the wall, the Assyrians move around a bit. The Death Bikes fly above the red house and some Assyrian Soldiers kill a skeleton, a snake, and a crocodile.




Majors Smith and Natalya are chillin' in the tower. Smith tried to use a nav-link but he left it on the floor below this one.

[Natalya]

Civilians



Joe fixes the trike. In return, Polly gives him a check.




Joe tries to cash it at the bank, but an Assyrian informs him that it's being occupied by some commandos because of the battle. He tells Joe that the bankers are next to the building. Polly drives off to get some gas.




Mike: Hey, that tank was illegally parked. Let's give them a ticket.
Joe: Okay let me get on the back.




Jack Davis: Okay Sanchez, what are you doing with that assault rifle.
Sanchez: I have a permit, you can't stop me.




Jack: Yeah we'll see about that. Brad, go search the house.
Sanchez: That's my property, you need a warrant.
Brad Davis: Stuff it Sanchez. *Opens Door*




ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED
*Brad discovers a bunch of weapons in Sanchez's house*
Brad: HOLY SHIT




Brad: Allright Sanchez, what the hell are you doing with all these guns?
