An idea that basically has a distraction based on a cliche.
Fer example:
POLICEMAN HERRO!
Ex:He sees someone speeding.
Roll: 8 on 1d10
Ending: ignored.
-Or-
Presidential candidate
Ex:He sees another candidate winning.
Roll: 2 on 1d10
Ending: He jumps up and engages combat with the other. After 3 turns he is shot by a corrupt SWAT seargent.
Good idea?
Distractions.

Re: Distractions.
I always distract with a skill vs. skill roll. Obviously a hero or professional minifig has the ability to focus on firing and not get distracted by a lesser fig or dimmy. I never allow someone to use the opposing roll as a skill penalty to make someone miss a shot though - either you successfully distract the opponent and interrupt their action (using one of your actions), or they completely fucking ignore your minifig's hilarious antics and mow down his buddies anyway.
