Yeah, downtown is doable for me, since I can just take the bus.

Some notes on the store, though:
1. According to their website, it doesn't look like they've got any events going on on Thursday, so that's good.
2. Thursdays are also open gaming days, but the open gaming doesn't actually start until 5pm. All this means is that if we get the OK, we might be (and I say this because school's out, so there may be a lot of people there earlier than than 5) the only ones in the back room. This could be both good and bad; we won't have any interruptions, but we also won't be able to expose people to all the ossum.

I'd honestly prefer the gaming store to the University, but it's more for personal reasons ranging from "I haven't been there in a while" to "I could try to pitch the game to people there and get them interested." But by all means, if Blitzen's place is more practical, I'm all for it.

After seeing this thread, I heard one of my friends say he was going to Atlanta on vacation. I asked him why he was going when the coolest person there was in Canada.

So my mom just told me I have an eye checkup Thursday at 4 o'clock.

Options:
1) Change the day to Tuesday
2) Keep it on Thursday, but this would mean that we'd have to do it at the gaming store for sure, since it's in the same plaza. I'd just have to leave for like half an hour and then come back.

I got the green light from the store owner, so as long as Blitzen's alright with it, we're golden.

Some other notes: Thursday night is only open gaming for a certain game, but it starts at 5. They won't kick us out, but we may face some snobby wargamers peeved that we're taking up their space or something. I'm thinking we should get there at about 11, so we'll have six hours of undisrupted Brikwars.

Okay like I forgot to ask about this... Can y'all bring tons of baseplates and buildings and terrain stuff? Most of my stuff is tied up in the final Head Separator battle back home so I do not have as many things as last year.
