The Silent War
Background
The Silent War was an unknown war between the Assyrians and the PLA. Not many people know about this war, as it is, well, the Silent War, duh.
The Beginning
The War began during the PLA Siege of Perseid III. The Assyrians had previously captured a general in the PLA, Major Bravo, or M.B. The PLA was on a strike mission to get him back, they sent the Star Battalion after the Major. A major skirmish erupted over the course of the next few weeks. Star Battalion managed to gain a foothold on the world's core (Perseid III was a mining planet) but knew they couldn't hold the planet for long, as they were in Assyrian space. So, they fought their way to the control room of the Core, and set it to self-destruct. The Planet exploded barely an an hour later, most of the surviving PLA escaped, along with M.B. The Assyrians quickly responded by attacking the frontier planet of Zahae. The war quickly erupted from there.

The battle of Perseid III was the battle that kicked off the Silent War, a PLA strike team infiltrated the planet to retrieve a PLA Major who was being held in captivity. The resulting battle lasted for three weeks, many casualties were exchanged and hundreds of vehicles were destroyed. In the end, the planet was blown up, resulting in hundreds of deaths all across the system.
Zahae

After the battle of Perseid III, the Assyrians responded by striking at the frontier planet of Zahae. The might of the Assyrian Fleet quickly overpowered the smaller PLA fleet, and set foot on the ground. The planet fell to the Assyrians, hundreds of PLA citizens were either enslaved, or shot. The PLA reinforcements arrived to late, and were destroyed quickly as the Assyrian fleets chewed straight through them.
Serbatora

The PLA called out to their 45th Union allies, but they were turned down. The war continued on many different planets, but the greatest of them all was Serbatora. This battle lasted only 8 days, but it was the single most bloody, destructive battle in the history of the Brikverse. The battle single handedly ended the war, as each side lost to many troops to continue fighting. An Assyrian invasion fleet met with a PLA fleet over the planet. All the transports were ordered to the ground, and the ground fighting began. At the end, it was estimated around 3.14 billion soldiers died.
