But some word is muttered wrong and the zombies explode but not in the wanted way. The blood still partially blinds nearby knights, -1 to their skill.

Then the priest continues his ritual but due to the fact he already did stuff I did a -2 to the result.

However, I rolled a 5 so 10-(5-2)=7 turns remaining!

The remaining cultists attack; spearcultists thrust is parried. But the other cultist swings at the one of the Fellbatknights, crit fails, kills his own mate and due to a awesome overkill takes a chip out of the altar and...

beheads the knight, this time he's not saved.

Fellbat knights

As the archer is already dead, the chainknight runs to aid his pals. Crossbowman shoots at the zombie but misses.

The batswarm strikes again, its hunger not satisfied.

Even with a redshirt the Priest is shredded to bits. (I rolled double ones for armor, sry BFenix)

"Finally! It's mine now!"

Remaining knights attack, but fail to eliminate the last cultist.
Count Dracela

Count Dracela flies onwards, ready to suck the blood out of the final cultist...

Sir Donju swaps his shield to the hammer, and makes his most fearful battle howl!

He then charges, but achieves nothing.

Urglug retaliates, but the fatal blow is absorbed by the swordsman.

The pikeman and banner bearer advance. Crossbowman shoots at Lord Wolfenstein, but the blot was easily turned aside by his shield.

Sir Hound strikes but only hits the gold purse of the goblin.

Urglug jumps up!

The goblin gets up, and even higher when sir Hound impales him.

It knocks a fellbatknight over. Water critters continue their meal, as well as the spider.

Being related to fleebnorks, the red scorpions try to eat some stone.
As the Priest is killed, the energy from the ritual is released, and it does some unlikely things: awakens the dead adventurers! They are SF 3, thus controlled bu Solvess. Their objective is the same as it was a few hundred years ago; to get the sword! (and get it out from the field)
All have minifig stats, with a 1d6+1 armor. Equipment is WYSIWYG.

Bergor:
