Updated with the new unit, that which hopefully fulfills the role Kaplan had mentioned!

These knights are pretty damn cool, if you ever find the parts in the right colours you can have a go at some Steam-Swiss-Guards, and the tooth/claw piece work really well as a sort of cast-iron chestplate. The way everything is duplicated a bit gives a nice feel of a horde of steam powered clockwork soldiers, these guys feel really fun, I'm getting excited picturing them in a fight.

That would be fun to do! I could get the blue and yellow clips/legs, and red plumes for the morions. Sadly there's no silver morion helmets, so it'd have to be a little fudged. I could do black though potentially. I can't quite match the thin stripes they sport, but it'd be pretty close!

My god, this is all completely awesome. A whole army with only one minifig head. And that Gyro-ffin is one of the best creations I've seen in awhile. All very creative and cool. Well done, man!
