@Silva: Belgians? Bah! You just wait until you piss off the Norwegians.

They'll blow you to hell. In the snow.

Anti-tank mines+Large chunks of snow for them to sit on+just enough snow to cover them up= doom for the poor Finnish.

I was going to put up this in protest over the direction the thread was going........

.......but then you came up with this fabulous idea Silver.

What set is that torso from btw? If nothing else I could try making a decal if I can't find that particular torso.

mmmm... that is a very sexy idea.... if I had any of those torsos I'd get right on it... but right now my money is being diverted into brickarms to reequip my Paladin Corps and skeletons for my Tetradeum Empire to destroy

Naturally you'd need a shock platoon of rabid polar bears too.

Skis now noted on the list for my next Bricklink order :D

The Britannian troops in the Lost Valley have just unloaded and assembled their new steam Gyrocopter. Would you believe this started as a control cabin for a walking machine that ended up being increasingly modified until it wasn't one any longer.

Image

I'm not sure if it will appear in the forum battle in the Lost Valley this time around because as far as I know none of the British lads know how to fly it.

Tonight I discovered that it's easy to convert firemen's helmets into French WW1 period helmets. After that it was just a case of finding some plain blue torsos, arms and legs.

Image

One helmet turned out slightly better than the other, but I'm not worried as there were different marks and versions of the French helmet; - and besides they're my French minfigs anyway and I'm happy with them.
I'll most probably put together an officer next as I won't need to raid my now non-existant stock of firemen's helmets to make one of those.
