It's too late when you've spent all the money, and you have no more physical room for more minifigs. Lol

I have one, but the chrome is beginning to fade off on the edges... Johnny Thunder sets are just the best ones to horde.

There's a german bricklink company that chromes items, called Chromebrick. They could be able to return the colour to the helmet if required. But I guess you could also paint it with some miniature gold paint and then varnish it for safe use so no new paint will fade off.

Here's a tower I just quickly put together, realised I really need to make it thicker or else it looks bad. It's supposed to connect to a larger black castle via bridge to the upper level.

I'm a total newb at making roofs without the normal roof tiles, this looks like a longhouse/watchtower combination. And It's quite hard to make a sturdy roof.

The roof will most propably go to the drawing table again as it isn't as good as I'd want it to be, but now the building is more robust from the middle.

Thanks, that's interesting. By the way I like the fact that you're putting together buildings as well as figs, I feel like we can use more big-bad castles.

I'm glad you like what I'm doing here, it's always inspiring to build more to share with others.

Here von Kraut is usurping his title as a baron from his Uncle back in the days, what a power hungry baron we've got!

WIP continues, need to modify the castle a bit! the wall inside the walls looks dull. So little adjustment needs to be made!
+ need to figure out if I should scrap the whole wooden thing and go with just full black "stone" castle. + a drawbridge to connect the smaller outpost from the castles second floor.

PS: Sorry for the shit quality and lightning!

Yeah, I'd even put a few grey bricks here and there to make the thing less blobby looking.
