Alternative WWII Project

Post by Jasbrick » Wed Jun 02, 2010 10:18 am

Hi,

Here is an update on my current project, Alternative World War II. For those not familiar with this genre it is an extension of tradional WWII with bits like Zombies, Robots, Supernatural and strange tech... hence the term alternative. I am working on quite a few new designs, however here are some examples so far:

German Robot Controller:

American Airborne Rocketeer:

German Evil Scientist:

German Wolfenstein Paratrooper:

The intention is to combine these with my previously made WWII Custom figs - http://www.flickr.com/photos/jasbrick/s ... 023833934/ and develop a Brikwars campaign and display. I will be looking to create rules, stat cards, scenarios and various other material to support this.

Check the Hellsing series if you didn't already, it'll give you some great ideas.

I'm hating right now, I missed the collectable figs, the local lego stores sold out in a few days.... Great job btw! Hey is that a flashlight the officer on the first pic is holding?

You should start and Internet Shop customising peoples Mini-Figs... for a modest stipend.
