As stated in the proposal, "This position would give the Mobfather a cool little plaque to hang on his wall and a fancy hat to wear at official EPÉEN meetings." This would not give the Mobfather voting rights or any measure of power in council sessions. In regards to the Avokhan's blatant hostility to a valued EPÉEN trading partner and the overlords of Emeria, Presidente Briggs would like to remind the council that the ISM did not need to be considered "a proper nation" to easily take control of the lead and founding member of EPÉEN. For what is the measure of a nation but the art of conquest? This position is clearly nothing more than a request for formal recognition in the form of a ceremonial title from a valued benefactor of the alliance, and reading more into it suggests an unhealthy level of paranoia and distrust from the Avokhan delegation.

I have a proposal for you all, We could make some sot of EPéEN troopers combining the skill and tech of lots of members.
