Secretary-General Stolenburger: Today we have gathered to end the AN-TA War, a conflict which has entangled thirty-seven star nations and three alliances of various sizes across the galaxy for over three years.
Secretary-General Stolenburger: The AN-TA War represented the epitome of pointless conflict, a war fought over a certain General Atazir's ploy to encourage the Third Alliance's secession from the Allied Nations with false, inflammatory communiqués.
Secretary-General Stolenburger: The war had seen much action and many notable battles, but it has recently fallen into a stalemate where neither side has gained traction towards victory. Operation Dominion's Call was planned a year and a half ago, and actual combat has lasted for the better part of a year. Today the AN-TA War is only a pit that swallows soldiers, ships, and money futilely, producing no glory or major victories for either side. The time has come to lay down our arms and abandon this stale war.
Herr Direktor Man in the Top Hat: The Third Alliance was deceived by General Atazir in seceding from the Allied Nations. For much of the war we thought of the AN as enemies opposed to our ideology and existence. Enemies who strove to murder our soldiers and burn our ships. But we too have grown weary of the siege on Bavaria's home system, and in negotiations with NATO we have found that our goals do not conflict. NATO merely wishes to reestablish the AN whole again, and we wish to promote pan-Germanism across the BrikVerse. Both ends can be achieved to the exclusion of neither. Hence, the Third Alliance worked with NATO to draft a peace agreement that would end the AN-TA War.
Secretary-General Stolenburger: Both sides have suffered tremendous losses in the course of this war. Trattoria was temporarily deposed by a dictator, Avalon was destroyed, and New York was occupied and oppressed for nearly a year. The Allied Nations itself was demolished, its headquarters and its organization. This discounts the prodigious cost in lives and resources that the belligerents have suffered and the incalculable economic damage the United Systems Alliance bore.
Herr Direktor Man in the Top Hat: Similarly, the Third Alliance has taken great losses. Many great leaders like Otto von Bavaria, Kommander Alec, and Siri lost their lives in the war while Klaus von Fynnvaria has gone missing. The siege on the Fleck system has taken an immense toll on Bavaria, bringing the horrors of war right to its doorstep. Countless Bavarian officials were lost to drone strikes and orbital bombardment, and NATO forces massacred Bavarian women and children in front of their homes and stores. The Third Alliance has decided that enough is enough, that both sides have suffered enough casualties, and that the time has come to bring the AN-TA War to a close.
Secretary-General Stolenburger: To that end, we of NATO and the Third Alliance have drafted a treaty, the terms of which our member nations negotiated and to which have all agreed.

6. The AN will reconstitute with a membership consisting of the entirety of the known stellar BrikVerse.
7. The members of the Third Alliance will rejoin the AN in good faith (*) as full, voting delegations.
8. The AN endorses the ISM as the BrikVerse’s underworld (NATO members must vote yes).
9. TA maintains sovereignty as an alliance, as do its members.
9.1. Reiterates that the AN does not prohibit warfare between member nations and thus belligerents in the AN-TA War may continue fighting if they wish.
10. META: All current AN-TA War battles will run to completion due to meta practicality reasons.
11. META: No whining clause. Due to the unusual temporal nature of this treaty (negotiated in the past IRL but negotiated in-universe in the future), no backstabbing is allowed. This takes effect on a kanonical level over a mere political level. All parties must comply with the terms of this treaty.
11.1 META: if somebody thinks of something so cool that I, Silent-sigfig, Dilanski, Scratch, and Silverdream all agree it's cool then it can violate the treaty (written PM or screenshot required).
12. The Allied Nations holds new Secretary-General elections. (acknowledges that the SG is principally a figurehead under a less active AN).
NATO Conditional (kicks in if NATO wins Operation Dominion’s Call):
-USA receives military bases on Bavarian soil.
-NATO receives the royal bratwurst recipe.
-The Magicians Alliance declassifies all files and research with the exception of preserving intellectual property laws.
Bavaria Conditional (kicks in if TA wins Operation Dominion’s Call):
-Bavaria will receive one hostage from each member of NATO for one year.
--USA sends Beyonce(12 months) and Kanye West(Six months or until he wants to write a new album)
--Trattoria sends the current Special Administrator of the Valorian Annex (Dr. Shankar)
--Scythia sends some Lord
--Everyone else consented to sending some character
-Bavaria exacts tribute of land, resources, and people from all NATO members
--Trattoria would provide the Valorian Annex (50 systems conquered from Valoros)
(*) aka no backstabbing due to meta complications
APPROVED AMENDMENT (meta): All 5 signatories favor modifying the treaty to deem that Starlark has two months from March 1 (so end of April) to finish. If it does, the result will reflect on the result of O: DC and the appropriate concessions will kick in. If, however, Starlark does not complete by end of April, then NATO and TA will declare a tie regarding Operation: Dominion's Call, the treaty will enter force, and neither concessions will kick in. Starlark will then fall under Clause 10 and run to completion for meta practicality reasons like all other ongoing AN-TA content. Additionally, if the battle has clearly swung to one side, then a victor should be declared, as opposed to having to rush the final few turns in the name of getting a victor. Dilanski is willing to turn the end of the battle into a 'soap' in order to get it tied up.
