Saw the first episode of Space Dandy in Anime Club today. The animation was great, and the designs was so colourful and creative. It was also pretty funny, and seems like fun show.

After I get through all the shows I need to get through, should I watch the English dub or watch it subbed?

The English dub of Space Dandy has gone thru the entire season on AdultSwim and it was great.
But I only watch dubs, soooo.

Watch the dub, yeah. In the JPNese version he talks like a "cool guy" but it's not really something you would pick up on while in the dub it's clear. Also the English dub Shinji is more robot-sounding than the Japanese version.

Eureka Seven: When You Were Young
Reminds me of the Gurren Lagann Black Parade AMV. The songs sound completely ridiculous and kinda stupid on their own, but when paired with a show that's willing to go this over the top it actually works.

Speaking of TTGL, This video portrays Simon and Nia's relationship really well.
