I just realized Dark Grasper is a pun since she wears glasses. So she's a Dark Glassper as well as a Grasper. Wish there were some way to show off these stupid puns in our language.

Also Silva we were talking about why she has to wear a bikini. She's a pretty clear homage to some famous lady villains in Sentai.

is probably the clearest example.

t wasn't a bad anime, but the middle really dragged on. I thought the last 5 or 6 episodes were the best in the show, and Satoshi managed to become my favourite character. My one gripe is that I didn't understand Jumbo as a character or anything she did (I guess she would be the show's Five). I also wish they did more with the Brazilian setting. Some episodes revolve around it with the gangs and corrupt cops and soap operas, but then there was one about Chinese culture for some reason.

Also, Michiko definitely got more badass and likeable as the show went on.

Now onto Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom.
