Went to the hobby store and target today. Got an imperial guard sentinel at the hobby store, and a series 7 space marine at target. Nice minifig, like the armor.

I'd like more of them as well. Throw in a few ADU soldiers and I would be very pleased.

This weekend I'm going to Wal-Mart and stocking up on those galaxy patrol guys. I'm going to buy every single one in the store.

Go for it. BTW watch what weapon you give them because if they use the Star Wars blasters other than the pistols they can't raise their arms high enough to properly fire. Most Brickarms seem to work though.Natalya wrote:This weekend I'm going to Wal-Mart and stocking up on those galaxy patrol guys. I'm going to buy every single one in the store.
@Zupponn: How much did those cost you?

Good luck - my local LEGO store ran out of all of the series 7 figs and so has the Target.Natalya wrote:This weekend I'm going to Wal-Mart and stocking up on those galaxy patrol guys. I'm going to buy every single one in the store.

Re: The official LOOT topic
(Sorry Double Post)

That's right, I've decided to start making some Castle/Fantasy armies. I must say that the Kingdoms chess set is fantastic and a great way to stock up on minifigs; I really wished I had bought some of these sets before. I just might have to get a second. My only gripes are that the faces on the pawns look stupid and the giant gray support-thing for the "board" is just useless.
As for the Uruk-Hai set, I will say it is a must-have. There's already plenty of reviews for this set, but I'm just saying that they don't do it justice. Excellent set, and pretty cheap too. Only bad thing is that the ballista's flick missiles don't work as well as the reviews claim (but then, when have they ever? Or maybe I'm just bad with the things.)
I also got a free LOTR poster and a free Hulk minifig, which is now my brothers since I have no desire to have a Hulk minifig.

Re: The official LOOT topic
That's why I refused to buy any baseplates from Bricklink. It seems that they go for a lot cheaper on eBay. All I did was scour the site and made a bunch of lowball bids and this one I upped with about 4hrs to go to win it.Ben-Jammin wrote:Wow, wish I could find baseplate for that cheap. Of course I rarely use Ebay anymore. It seems like on BL anything beyond a 16 x 16 baseplate in at least $5 or more.

Re: The official LOOT topic
Nice haul, I'm eyeing with that chess set, but it's nothing compared to the epic Fantasy Era set.
