Colour-coded teams in Lego sets

Post by Duerer » Tue Aug 22, 2017 1:15 pm

I've been trying to find out which Lego themes feature some sort of team, whose members wear roughly the same uniform with the only differences being in colour and a few minuscule details.
So far, I'm aware of these themes that did it:
- Classic Space
- Futuron
- Bionicle
- Alpha Team
- Knights Kingdom 2
- Ninjago
- Galaxy Squad
- Nexo Knights

Any other theme that I might have forgotten to list?

I got a box of Forest Men / Black Falcon guys back in the 80's.
But I was dirt poor and $4.99 for six figs seemed like a lot, so I didn't buy anymore.

Yeah, most of these seem legit. Dunno how I forgot about Extreme Team and Arctic (2000).

You are referring to the older Octan race team, right? But which construction workers are you referring to specifically? Right now I have no clue how these could be colour-coded.

Neither do I know about Johnny Thunder, unless I'm unable to draw any connections to these. A more specific example might help.

Fantastic! I think I still got the blue one somewhere but I rarely ever use my older figures for some reason.

^OO^ I have a LOT of those guys, but I don't recognize a few of them. Beardy guy I don't remember, and where did that green armor piece come from?!?

Actually, castle had a lot of obvious color-coded themes.
Black Falcon
Dragon Knights
Batlord Knights (fright knights)
the red/yellow/blue lion knights
later white/blue lion knights
and so forth...
