They came in a Lego Viking set. They're supposed to be dragon wings, back before the newer dragons.

I have a red set of those wings from way back when the Viking sets were still around.

Bionicle, the dude named 'Kalmah' had them. T'was released about 2006 or 07. Btw do you think they should work like OTCs?
