Combat/movement question
This might be a bit of a simpleton question to ask, but I just need to know if the following statement is true or false:
A minifig may not both move 5" and make an attack in the same turn, but may counter if it is attacked as a result of moving to a square adjacent to an enemy minifig.
Is that about right? The whole "can't move and attack in the same turn BUT WAIT you can attack if you are attacked (and oh yeah you can charge)" thing is proving to be the most difficult aspect of the combat rules to wrap my head around. (I'm used to D&D 3rd Ed. combat rules and I think that might be stunting my ability to grasp BrikWars rules... all in good time I'm sure)

Thanks for the answer, and now I've got a whole new question. I figure it's better to ask it here than to clog up the forum with topics.
Can a minifig move before and after it's major action?
For example, can a figure move 2" to attack someone and then withdraw 3" (assuming it lives).
Or can a minifig on a horse move 4" before it attacks and then afterward move the remaining 6" of it's 10" total?
Thanks.

From the link I posted before, under section 4.2:
However, the way that I read the rules, entering Close Combat ends the creation's regular turn (Movement and Action phase) and they are only in Close Combat. The rules say:He may use his single Action before, after, or in the middle of his Movement, but he only gets one, so he must spend it wisely.
So if you attack Close Combat, the answer is no. If you make an action that does not put you in Close Combat, then the answer to your question is yes....they are both entered into Close Combat (5.2: Close Combat) and the minifig’s Movement is over for the turn.
