I think there should be a camera or something to watch the criminal when driving or more police to watch the carriage.

You say "lopsided" like it's a bad thing... ;) I kinda wanted to keep with a retro vibe here, so I only gave the pilot a blaster. I also wanted it to look like a toy car (I guess it is...). That probably explains the lopsided look to it. And thanks!
