HA-21 Ambassador VTOL

The Hewett Aerospace Ambassador VTOL, has been the main sub-atmospheric assault and troop transport craft since G.R. 2010. While at firt it was doubted it would replace the older "Commissioner" model, it has shown its strength in many battles, including the fall of Fico.

The high-powered turbines power the lift rotors.

To provide finer controls, two tail-mounted engines control tilt and rotation.

This gunner shows off the 56mm chin-mounted chaingun. This shot should also provide you with an idea of how tall the Ambassador is. (3 figs from bottom of landing gear to top of rotors)

The side mounted machine guns are excellent anti-infantry weapons.

The Pilot shows the vents to the top-mounted microfusion chambers and the searchlight.

The roof.(the cockpit, sadly, does not open.)

HA-44 Consul Fighter

Image
The Consul has been the primary fighter of the USA for longer than anyone can remember. While not as large as it's Britannian or Assyrrian counterparts, it more than makes up of in in speed, weaponary, and technical superiority.

With it's proud pilot.

From the side. The main body is about as tall as a minifig.

Upside down, showing off it's arnament. Two heavy Ion cannons, two miniguns, and four mkII missiles.

Image
The rear view shows off it's six engines.

Image
The cockpit on this one opens.

And closes.

Image
The wings also fold up to conserve horizontal space when landed.

This guy here is the back of a non-atmospheric combat marine. The rocketpacks on his back allow for a great amount of control over movement is space. (Pictures are messed up. the front is in the next picture.)

Everything together.

Whoa! This is very cool. The VTOL is excellent but by far the most interesting is that dinky powered suit. Nice work! 8)

I like the HA-21 Ambassador VTOL very much. Well done.

Are there any other photos of your power armor/mini-mech figure posted?

All looks good but dang man talk about a wing span. Seems like it would better fit a high altitude bomber or spy plan then a fighter.
Been here longer then pretty much all of you or some shit.

It's a fighter.

It was originally going to be a minifig-scale F-22, but I am lazy.

Oh, and here's a frontal.

I'm really liking the sand green, did you get the parts off Bricklink or from sets? If so, which sets?

All three things are awesome, I particularly like the VTOL. The Consul is a close second though, I hate to repeat what everyone said but that is some impressive wingspan you got there.

Looking forward to more sand green-y goodness. I'm tempted to make a force with all my sand blue parts now.... :)

I will build a tank sometime over the summer.

I have lots of other factions to expand on, however.

Oh and also, I finally realised what that fighter reminded me of.

Image

It's from the game Warhawk for the PS3. I can't find a good pic, but the downward part of the wings fold in a similar style to yours, but it's for hovering instead of landing. :?

Thanks, I like this one quite a bit. Looks like power armor but not too bulky.

Whoa, these are awesome. The VTOL is definitely my favorite. Nice shape and, if the weapons are any indication, it's practically an airborne fortress. Should be fun to see in action. The space marine is nicely done as well. Is it too much to hope that the U.S.A. has ground vehicles as well?

I knew that VTOL would turn out great, and it did, what a surprise
Really cool, does it also has space for troops besides the gunner positions?

That fighter also seems to pack quite alot of punch for its size and thinness...

Do you mind if I try out the weapon design for the gunners shown in the group shot? It looks like I could make lots of those
