In the midst of a heated Brikwar an Imperial Officer was drawing his machete... and the blade snapped right off the hilt! He was forced to pumel rebel scum in the face with the hilt rather than hack limbs off with the blade.
I just took for granted the strength of most other bladed weapons.... and tried to pivot the minifigs hand by grabing the blade for leverage... it just snapped right off =(
Fluke? or do I need to be more carefull?
Are all Brickarm blades like this? (The other swords and such)
I don't mind really; just want to know so I don't break any more since I intend to pick up some more melee weapons from Brickarms in the near future.
As a side note the cricket bad has a lot more mass down at the base near the grip and is much stronger.
Anyone else find the Brickarms Machete breaks easily?

I cut myself on the combat knife. Went right into my thumb!Gungnir wrote:I broke the safety off a grenade taking it off a weapon rack, but other than that, I've had no breaks.
I've actually managed to accidentally cut myself on the machete once. That sucker's got quite an edge.
