VIP points

Post by dilanski » Thu Jan 13, 2011 11:26 am

I've just got my new Lego catalogue today which come with my current point total. what i read was 18,521 or £926 of free Lego OMG... just checked online and I had a lot less than that, turns out they fucked up printing the word 'is' so it looked like 18 and messed up an exclamation mark. the odd thing is they forget to add a 1 to the 52 to make my current points balance. anyone else had quirks with VIP points? also what free stuff have you got from it? I have not had any issues with my VIP points so far. I used my points to pay for half the Slave One my son received for Manly Santa Day this year.

I can see you're a little dissapointed, £926 of Lego would have been nice no doubt :) VIP-points have worked fine for me, though I don't get anything sent home to me - all records (and offers) I check with lego.com myself.

There are VIP points these days? Shit, I should have all of them ever, except that I wager they are only for ordering with Lego Company...
It's a secret to everybody.

pretty much. spend £100 and get £5 off any order. sounds not that good but when you spend £500 a year for Lego it mounts up.

Yeah, I remember when it used to be the loyalty cards, had to spend $25 eact time to get a stamp though, so the VIP card is better in that case. I don't think I've had any problems though, but you might want to make sure your points don't get dropped at the end of the year.
