Hero factory

Post by LocoJoe » Wed Jan 26, 2011 7:25 pm

I saw the new hero factory guys and thought: "these guys look cool. They'd be Perfect for Brikwars!"And then I saw the power leveling stats that Ross made(http://www.brikwars.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=6272), and thought that they worked perfectly with the hero factory guys, since the hero factory guys are sort of elemental. So I made stats for Preston Stormer.
Preston Stormer
Cp: 15
Skill:1d8+[_]
move:8''+[_]
Armor:1d6+[_]
HEROIC EGO
May take one heroic feat in the ice cliché.
POWER LEVELING
Fire/Attack:1
Storm/Speed:3
Earth/Defense:2
Ice/Stealth:4

And the other heroes would be practicaly the same, but the power levels would change with their respective elements.

...you realized they were totally homoerotic and never thought about this again.... very good, carry on! :P

ps: I'm just kidding; please don't rage IRL, post a big long rant reply, and try to look up where I live on j+b's stalker thread... thanks!

Hey, epic! Glad to see you could use it, that would fit. I personally don't have any of the sets- burnt out on the last couple runs of Bionicle. Have you used it? Does it work well?

The dudes look way cool... but the main problem is that certain weapons are single-piece arm/weapon combos with texture on one side and hollow disappointment on the other. As opposed to, say, attachable weaponry like most other Bionicle-y things.
It's a secret to everybody.

I meant the ruleset, I certainly won't be purchasing any Hero Factory.

Hero Factory is not bad. No worse then the Giant Knights or the Bionicals IMO.

My son picked up a couple and they were ok as basic frames.

Well... I have most of the first two years of bionicle, and scattered sets as they descended into actionfigure-dom. They really don't appeal to me, but I see kids with them today, so they still sell...

Then it sounds like you have all the basic mecha frames you need.

I don't understand why they gave Breez 2.0 an obviously male face, with the sqaure jaw and all. If you don't know, she's supposed to be a girl.
