so I had a friend over a year ago and he was all like "you mean you've NEVER put wheels on an R2-D2 before?"

So we set to work ripping up a

that I had just bought and Frankensteining together the ultimate droid. Then we decided he needed weapons so we did that too. I posted this on the Frappr forums a year ago this July, and thought I'd resurrect the thread.

As you can see from the third picture, he has been reprogrammed as a not-so-subtle assassin droid. Here we see him deleting the CEO of a major corporation. Though you can't tell from these pictures, he actually can support his new frame on his original feet and function the same way he used to. He just has engines and giant cannons now.

Use this thread to show off some of your own modded creations. I know of at least one extremely awesome one off the top of my head (J+B's post-apoc hummer)

R2-D2 really needs to go crazy like IG-88. Has anyone here read Tales Of the Bounty Hunters, a Star Wars book? In it, it tells the story of IG-88. They were building him, and suddenly he awakened. He coldly analyzed all of the people in the room, then went over to a table, grabbed a sharp metal droid hand, all in an instant. He then threw the arm at breakneck speed at the lead developer, and it ripped through her, sticking out the back, clutching the woman's still beating heart in it's cold metal fingers. Then he totally owned everyone in the building, killed all the guards, blew up the facility, and escaped in a ship. You should read that book.

and he made copies of himself and even uploaded his personality into the computer of the Death Star II. had the rebels not blown it up, IG-88 could have taken complete control of the galaxy. His other copies were lolwtf owned by Dash Rendar and Boba Fett (twice).

Hey, you read it. Isn't it awesome knowing that IG-88 WAS the 2nd death star?

And yeah the retardclones were totally lolpwnd by teh awesomenass of Boba Fett.
