The RIN runs a very strict anti-drug policy for it's forces. The pilot is currently experiencing one hell of an adrenaline rush.

UPDATE!

I decided all of the helmets I tried looked lame, so I decided to remove the helmet on The Punisher for the time being. I also evened out the hips a bit.

Messy black hair in tribute to Frank Castle.

I too think the jetpack design to be quite nice. Are those rockets on the shoulders? Any chance of adding a blaster or laser or two to it?

They're more along the lines of heavy plasma cannons...

I was actually a bit more inspired by Killzone 3's jetpacks, but I really like that design too.
