Looks cool, very Republic Gunship-esque. I don't think it would make a very good fighter, though.

It looks like it would be pretty slow, which would be a huge problem in a dogfight.

First off, I think it goes without saying that you have the best cockpit designs on the whole damn forum. So moving on...
My first impression I got from this thing was that it looked like a gray banshee. I was wrong-it is clearly a mega gray banshee with room for more than one person.
The only thing I'm curious about is it's armament, as it doesn't appear to have a lot of obvious weapon ports. I'm sure they're there, but I think it would be cool if you could point them out to us.

Yeah the windscreen design isn't very sleek, so it's overall a clunky lug of a fighter, but the entire back end is the engine. Figured, with enough thrust, you can even make a fighter out of a boulder....
The weapons are mounted to the fuselage right under where the wing connects. You can see the missile in the back there, it kind of blends in...

Niiiiiice, for some reason (probably for its shape) it reminds me of the USAF's Goblin

I'd maybe try turning those large wings 90 degress, so it looks less like a bird, and more like your VTOL.

Doesn't look like a fighter though. Perhaps it could be more of an ultra-light bomber. It looks like it would easily hold more ordinance or maybe even an air-to-surface laser turret or minigun below the hull.

Neat looking shape. It definitely seems more like a ground attack fighter than an all-around craft though, mainly because of the cockpit. I also like the way you built the turbine engines set into the fuselage.

Thanks for the C & C everyone. Let me see if I can slick this puppy up some more, this is like it's 3 revison, it started out taller in height & shorter in lenght.
Hmm.... Could I build a fighter small enough to attach to the back of the warthog? Let me wiat for my PAB order to come in first.....

I agree it looks mor elike a ground attack to me too. But I was thinking that is not a bad thing. If it was assigned to support the two Warthogs, then it would play the duel role of fighter/ground attack. IT then could give air cover while the Warthog was on the ground dropping off the mecha or troop pod etc.
Me, I would leave it as is design wise and just beef up the dakka. Some air to ground missiles and such.

Another great design! The glass nose makes it look more bomber-ish.
