Is that a movable door in the middle of the wall too?

Yes, the black things are a movable door. They will slide closed, crushing anyone who stands in the way. They are 4 bricks thick.

Oh and whoever gets a spot in the forum battle -- destroy the guard house because it will be ossum.

If it comes to it I will crush one of my own guys with the doors just because it would be lol.

Tonight I'll get started on some Akkadian vehicles to lay siege to the town.

this just keeps getting better and better! i can't wait to see how it turns out when it is done. if its anything l,ike the other stuff you have made, it will be epic.

one would almost need the HC just to get past the defenses, it would seem.

Yeah, I don't want to boast, but expect some massive gun turrets on the wall and one on the hangar. I built the base for the hangar one, it just needs the cannons now. The pillbox just has anti-infantry guns; ones for vehicles will be mounted higher up.

so i think the HC will need its counterpart, the HatredTank for this kind of defense.

i want to see what you have going on with the cannons, it sounds like a formitable challenge.

Okay as promised today I made some Akkadian vehicles for the siege. I'll make more but these are the first ones...

Two Kreuzers and one Krusher -- these vehicles will be used by the Akkadians to attack the ASE city.

The Kreuzer is a small vehicle. The plasma turret counts as a size 3 weapon so it is best used against other light vehicles. The Kreuzers will hold a pilot and someone riding on the back, probably with a rocket launcher or something.

The Krusher has a plasma turret on the back and a size 4 heavy plasma cannon on the front that can be used against the Assyrian fortifications. I think it will hold a pilot, rear gunner, and two more people in the middle.

Size comparison vs. the battle field. I might make a third Kreuzer since I think I have the parts. They aren't going to be the only vehicles, so you'll see some Akkadian heavy weapon platforms in the battle. These ones are more for escorting infantry.

nice, I like the kreuzers. They're like heavily armored scout units, I like that Idea.

Yeah they're big too so ground troops can walk behind them out of sight of their enemies.

I really like those Akkadian vehicles. Especially the sloped armor. Is there any particular reason why you name factions after ancient civilizations?

The Akkadians are Piltogg's army. I'm going to do a massive two-part forum battle where they attack the Assyrians, so I'm going to make a bunch of Akkadian units that Piltogg will control. The vehicles are the first Akkadian things I've made. If you look in OP you will see other units I'm making for the forum battle.

I'd like to see how to make those Akkadian Siege Engines for FICO, they are very cool.
