You're totally right, I need to pay closer attention.

Good, because if this ends, I will turn belt sander into a verb.

Creative, to say the least. I like it.

Rerailing this thread with a repeat of orders, and a suggestion for Ross
cast quick strike and move up into range so I can shoot the bow skellie (then, of course, shoot him)
@Ross: best bet is to cast whirlwind, just to be rid of them quicker... but if you would like to refrain from using your AP we'll still be able to kill 'em, it'll just take longer, and you'll have to absorb more hits (so hp or Ap, whichever you choose)

Nah, I was intending on using whirlwind.
There had better be something good in those chests, mate.
Ross's eyes suddenly flush deep red as the knife digs into his leather-clad chest, and he literally growls, a deep, throaty bellow, as his axe swings around and clashes against the heads of both the skeletal foes. They fall like ninepins.

let's hope

how much mana (sorry, AP) does it take for whirlwind? also, there probly is gonna, because it's a medium level engagement (but that might not mean anything, and I could be totally wrong) either way, I have potion for the health and the AP if we need them, but I don't think we're doing to badly right now

"Eldaric, mustering his dexterity, dashes forward a few steps and releases his readied arrow, straight through the spinal column of the archer skeleton.
"Ross hefts his axe and, with a murderous yell, cleaves both skeletons in two."

A pretty climactic finish to what I thought was a nice room. Well played, all!
Also notice the new
party details box (Bonus Points and Fudge points are listed for all players, i.e. if the party has 1 Fudge Point, both Ross and Eldaric have 1 Fudge Point respectively).

triple kill ftw! ok.... go check the far chest, and leave the other one for Ross (no particular reason, as we're *probably* gonna share, but anyway, sharing is caring

Reread the post, just to make sure you caught my edits. I left out some details.

Right. Fights are still harder than normal, and the sliding scale difficulty makes it more worthwhile to make Bonus and Fudge points a party tracked commodity rather than an individually tracked one.
You may very well TPK at the Boss. The difficulty I've set up actually feels a lot like a Pathfinder Adventure Path; make one too many wrong moves, and it could spell disaster for everybody.
At least in certain rooms and certain situations, anyway.

Yep. Bonus points are based on the number of rooms you've explored, and allow you to adjust weapon stats as you gain them from chests (or, if you have the points to spend, give it an Aspect or a Blessing/Curse).
