Good news:
1. This IS confirmed; it was in the latest North American S@H issue, and on the S@H website.
2. It is exactly as pictured above (This could be bad if you really wanted an old school helm for red spaceman)
3. I found this thread, narrowly avoiding making a new one!

2. It is also apparently only available in limited quantities...
