Lt. Myrna's Eagle - Theblackdog
The Eagle moves forward slowly, getting just in range.
It then opens up on the Lady Vega. Lt. Myrna critfailed the dual photon gun shot and missed, but the turret was accurate.
The Lady Vega's shield generator did away with the shot.
Duchess Angelica's Crucifix - Warhead
Determined to set things straight, Angelica fiddled with the controls a little, making her ship more difficult to hit (-1 mod) and increasing the shield's output (+1 mod) for the round.
"Bring us around already!"
The Crucifix made an impressive turn, helped by its pilots. It's automatic weapons were out of range, but ready to fire.
Sky Marshal Ritt's Dominator - RobotMonkey
Sky Marshal Ritt: "Ok men, you are probably all going to die, especially the fighter pilots, but at least you'll look cool doing so!"
"That's the worst speech I've ever heard!" (-1 skill for the round)
The Dominator moved forward a bit and the captain personally fired the ion cannon...
... which disabled the Crucifix's twin heavy laser for a round.
The Dominator then drew closer, evoking laser fire from the Crucifix's batteries, which missed the fast moving ship (automatic weapons are fired by AI, which has 1d6 skill).
The ship fired its turrets and photon cannons at the Crucifix.
"Report!"
"All shots missed... Partially thanks to your ingenuity, Duchess."
"That's what I like to hear. Back to work."
The Dominator then let his fighters out, which proceeded to escort the vessel.
Captain Roberto's Lady Vega - Ham701
The ship turned with all it had, which was just too little to bring its main cannon to bear against the Eagle, but it then unleashed two bombers and fightercraft on the ship. One bomber was taken out by the anti-fighter tower before it could do anything.
The rest attacked however, combining fire on the hull. The Eagle's strong shields prevented worse, but it lost 1 SP (the other anti-fighter towers were just out of range).
Finally captain Roberto personally fired the double missile launcher at the Dominator, two Mk. 1 missiles flew from the ship's bow...
Sir Bragallot's Mastercutor - me
(I went with theblackdog's advice and formulated my orders before looking at yours, as you'll see)
The Mastercutor turned a little and moved full speed towards the Lady Vega.
Sir Bragallot attempted to oil his bots to increase their skill. Crit succes! The effect is permanent.
All Mobhunter-class fighters were launched, and are in serious danger of being annihilated by those missiles meant for the Dominator.
Then I realized my main cannon was just out of range, silly me. The red brick to the right shows you how close I was.
Huzzah! We still have the Plasma Howitzer! Sir Bragallot personally fired it.
But damage sucked a bit.
One of the oiled bots then managed to crit-fail firing a missile, but luckily for the Mastercutor the shields proved exceedingly tough and kept the Mk. 2 missile launcher from exploding.

. Anywho, this is looking good for a first time with the microspace rules, it's going smoothly.
