This, ladies and gentlemen, is The Base. This is probably my oldest creation still standing, I built it years and years ago. The first layer I probably built when I was 7 or 8, a few simple baseplates and buildings. Over the years, it has been added onto, layer by layer, eventually covering my ENTIRE desk, forcing me to do homework on the floor, then I had to start expanding vertically. I built Grape Tower, a Landing pad, the Armory, and many other things, like a cantina where my people can chill out and have drink, and shoot some greedos. Somewhere in there I also incorporated the Shuttle Launch set from spaceport, and a Discovery Space Rocket set (Now officially a Nuclear Cruise missile). Now, the base is a huge, sprawling metropolis, with over a hundred minifigs, countless vehicles, and layers and layers of tiny details, secrets, and rooms. It's not unlike the city-planet Coruscant. This thing is great to play Brikwars on, the battle's I've had here are great, mostly because of the sheer size and number of towers. These Brikwars were mostly infantry, and a few helicopters, because vehicles can't fit in the cramped narrow roadways of The Base.

This is Grape Tower. It's the tallest building in my Base, and on top of it is the tallest spire (built from a tie fighter cockpit you see.). Grape Tower has many levels, the bottom supported by a few pillars and a dinosaur head. The first level includes a small landing pad, a room, and a deck with weapons on it. The second level has the Main Command Room, with all those computers and things (this part needs more computers I know), and also a dock sticking outward (this leads to a bridge over to the armory). The third level is the treasury, it can only be accessed from the side, and it houses barrels and barrels of jems, crystals, gold coins, and other treasures. The top floor has an advertising billboard, a Spiffcraft landing pad, the main Radar dish, the main Spire, and an outward dock thing with a turret. Between the first and second levels, there is a small space. In here is the 'Black Market', an illegal dealer of stuffs that the residents can get stuff from. Grape Tower was named so because I didn't have enough letters to spell anything else, besides of course 'snuggle tower' and I didn't particularly like that name.

This is The Rock. It's a big frikin' rock. But every rock has it's secrets... this one is a nuclear missile silo! The top opens up to reveal a huge Nuke. It's awesome.

This is the armory. It has weapons. It is suspended in midair between the east landing pad and Grape Tower, and it is constantly being added to.

This is the Jungle Outpost. My people were exploring and they found an old castle smack dad in the middle of the Jungle, so my people built an outpost there. There are 3 scout towers, 2 155m turrets, and a base inside the castle. The Base inside has some computers and stuff, a small armory, and some bunk beds. The jungle itself also holds a few secrets, namely the mountain opens up to reveal a secret command center. This place is fun to have Brikwars in, although you can't have a huge battle here.

And now, here are the planes! This little baby here is the X-73 'Black Hawk', a prototype developed by Base Engineering. It has meager stealth capabilities, good armament, high speed and good maneuverability. It also has in flight refueling capability, a chaff/flare dispenser, an AI0G-3Y Radar, and a comm antenna. Yes, I know, the front has a grey piece. Sorry, I just couldn't find another black one.

A side view. Note the large tailfins, this gives the plane very good lateral stability. The tailfins were one of the two things inspired from a guy on Bshelf, I forget his name but he deserves credit.
Here is the in flight refueling probe extended, ready for fuel. I always liked this feature of the plane. You can also see the comm antenna next to it. Both of these fold down to reduce radar signature.

These are the missile arms. The missile arms fold inward during flight to reduce radar signature, and fold outward to launch the missile. (The arm idea was not mine, I got it form a guy on Bshelf.)

Here is the AG-9 scout plane. It is The Base's main recon plane, the SR-X9 ship belongs to the Northeastern Coalition. It has infared and imaging sensors of the port tail, a comm antenna underneath the starboard wing, and a high-res long range camera underneath the nose. It is not quite as effective as the SR-X9, but it is still an advanced, good plane.

This is the base of the evil trianglists (my brother trianglist calls his people the trianglists, this has nothing to do with religion). As you can see, there is a large house for his boss, a command center with a satellite dish, a dock with a battleship and a submarine, a forest, and a few ships. All his buildings have no roofs for some reason. His base is a minor threat to The Base, however, so right now The Base and the trianglists are in a state of war, as they have been for generations. The trianglists have been around for almost as long as The Base has, and they have been blood enemies for as long as anyone can remember. There have also been a few Brikwars here, and they were fun. Before Brikwars, though, me and my brother fought just with our imagination, and there was still all the explosions, death and action. Now, of course, I'm almost 16 and he's almost 13, so we play Brikwars and Shipwars now.

This is teh trianglist's docking pad. You can see his bomber, cargo ship, and recon plane. You can also see an imperial dropship and a stable with horses.
Wellp, that's all folks, be sure to tune in next time!
