Project war train! (* name pending)

I'M BUILDING A MOTHER FUCKING WAR TRAIN!

The locomotive is still to be named and some details need finishing.
Then it's work on the train it self!

any suggestions as to stock would be nice.
though only found wheels for 1 truck so far. I know i have about 8 axles so I can make 4 trucks if i find them all.

SO what should i focus on?

troops will be steam-punk red-coats. as i have plenty available.

Have you considered making a giant cannon Ala the "Gustav"?

Also, there is a flash game "Rails of war" that is all about outfitting a train to survive attacks from enemies.

Cannon turrets and machineguns. Lots of them.

That locomotive is beautiful.

Here is a site with lots of pictures of Russian Armored Trains. At the bottom of this page is links to various specific trains etc. Lots of good ideas there.

can't get this figured, tried it but the launcher wastes space or looks silly.

So I've got a bogie flatbed(flatcar, flat wagon) we space for two light vehicles/weapons and one medium vehicle/weapon.
The plane can be lowered off the side for take off, and also allows for more cannons and a land vehicle.
Troops will be hosted in a 4wheel passenger brake.

Also there will be no skulls or POWs! this is not for a rage army.

The smoothness of the locomotive gives it a sort of art-deco feel. You should go with that, and add more dakka.
