So, I'm not sure what the Kingdom of Brikwars policy of double posts is, but since I can think of no other place to put this in, I shall tempt fate and double post.

I was wondering what the standard times were until a new forum battle was started, and how quick after one is started, do all of the slots fill up?

I have no idea what you mean, you can start a battle at any time.

Usually a few hours to a few days, depends on how many spots there are.

My first question was asking about long long until a new battle was started since the last time a battle was started.

(Current battle - Time Period - New Battle)

Uh, people just sort of start a Forum battle whenever they have a scenario built or laying around but don't have anyone to play it.

The time period between my last forum battle and my next one is nearing a year, but Bragallot sometimes doesn't even wait until his last one is done before he starts a new one.

they are no scheduled forum battles, and double post all you like no explicit rule is stopping it

Also, a question about forum ranks. Does someone randomly decide to change people's ranks when they are given enough posts or do they change their own rank?

Ranks are like cutie marks. You have to earn them. Also, the rank you currently have(unless you get a special cutie mark rank) will degrade in time.

There, I made an account almost exactly four days ago, and just put up a forum battle. I hope it works.

Not quite that easy. It's sort of based on luck.

Forum battles? You mean like that thing Natayla did where people gave orders over the forums?
"Death war" I think.
then it really took off, got it's own subforum and there was a shit ton of them. Warhead made a massively awesome one that was plain amazing.

Gahhh i could NOT find this thread for the life of me!!

I am Wafflefanny, known to some as Jacob!

I do in fact, live with the FBI. I am 18 though, and will be off to college shortly.

I am originally from Dunedin, FL but now live in Norway, ME

My quest is create as excellent an army and BrikWars scenarios and narratives as I thus far witness on this great forum!

If i mod wanted to delete the other TWO topics i made about introducing myself, i wouldn't be offended. In fact, I'm so embarrassed by them you should totally do so and save me some face. Thanks ;)

Of course you may! I've been playing table top games and war games for as long as i can remember, and was contemplating the size of the LEGO collection i had built up in my younger years and thought "There has GOT to be something i can do with these" and discovering again how amazing it is to just sit for a few hours and make a few robots and have them kill a few mini-figs i went in search of a good war-game to play. Every where i looked pointed me here, so i downloaded the rule book, laughed out loud the whole way through and got a few friends involved. We all have the same sense of humor, and all played LEGOs together as kids. As young adults I cannot say we are much different!
