I don't really understand what you're looking for, but here are my suggestions. Also, good job with the misericorde desription.

Suggestion 1: Some kind of spiked fist gauntlet. It's main use would be by knights to scare and beat unarmoured foes. More like a secondary/special weapon than one carried into battle.

Suggestion 3: Repeating crossbow.

Hand cannons were just small guns. Vlad the impaler used them.
