Just do black and white uniforms as close as you can and any big hats or even non-lego hats will do. Don't worry about the guns or weapons. they eat their guns when they can't remember how they work and mostly end up using whatever they pick up. Just remember they're super strong and resilient, fearless, psychotic and above all comically stupid. Conventional weapons will hurt/kill them but they laugh off damage and make canoes out of your innards, but with a hint of whimsy.
