Random idea for pilots:

Would it make any sense to grant all minifigs the ability to attack and take actions while driving, but reserve ranged attacks exclusively for pilots? First of all, I think any fig with a sword can ride by and slash another fig from his motorcycle/horse/whatever. Second, it's such a small bonus that pilots get that I think it'll make it "balanced" enough to just leave base pilot stats (move and armor) the exact same as any other minifig, except that they can fire weapons and stunt drive. Thoughts?

Probably not, no. Although I'm not sure, I'm just spitballing here.

I think Piloting is meant to affect weapons attached to the vehicle being piloted. I could be wrong though.
