Doesn't Bricklink itself have a built-in system for this?
I simply keep (or kept, since I don't need that much stuff anymore) it all in a word document, worked for me. But then I suppose I wasn't trying to build an AC

Hmm, I could've sworn there was a way to put items on your wish list. Then again I've never tried it, so I don't know whether or not it's very advanced.
