Yeah so it doesn't quite look like one but oh well. It could be quickly changed to a ghostbuster vaccum if needed. I'll try to think up some rules.

Amazingly cool. Hopefully you have round studless 2x2 plate pieces to use as portals. White ones can be "in" portals, and black ones can be "out" portals. My infamous Last Man Standing game had 6 portals around the battlefield, anyone entering one would roll a d6 to see which one they came out of. Maybe you could do something like that. Just a thought.

I said "no" to drugs, but they just wouldn't listen...

or you could rip the orange box's portal rules straight to brikwars. UR of 2, range of 12", and opens up one portal per turn. things go in one end, and out the other, and vice versa. this includes bullets, boxes, bombs, minifigs, and weighted companion cubes. i'd also reccomend using a marker for the portals, but i'd go for the transparent colored round plates to represent em. you know, the 4x4 ones? i know trans blue and trans red are common, but if you had a trans orange one it'd be perfect.

Often, literally, a pillow fight but may include similar situations like volleyball, particularly when wardrobe is skimpy and the action is bouncy.

UR is usage rating. minifigs roll their skill above this number to successfully do something.

Ah. I misread that. I thought you were asking the UR for this gun, but you were asking what UR is. Sorry.
And Piltogg, you're not really that special. Somebody has made a literary error in every thread on this board. Especially since IV doesn't like making his "i"s majuscule and he responds to almost, if not every thread.

and ESPECIALLY things directed at me. what can i say, i'm chatty? i always make sure i have something to say though, instead of "lol" or something. and yeah, i'm terrible about capitalization, but i'll be damned if i'm not a good speller.
"Renaissance". first try.
i can also properly use a semicolon; you must make them so that both sides of the semicolon would be a grammatically correct English sentence.

That's very nice, but I should think you learned to capitalize your i's in elementary school.

I'm agreeing with Blitzen here, capitalizing your Is is pretty much one of the fundamentals of the English language.
On topic, I think the Portal gun looks nice. I'm especially fond of it,considering I just beat Portal the other day.

yeah, but then i have to hit "shift", so screw it. reserved for proper punctuation and LOL CAPS only.
if it's any consolation, i capitalize my "i"s when i write things out
