Sir Marcriss - Elmagnifico

Marcriss critically succeeds, decapitating two imperial soldiers with one fell swing.

Then he charges the dragon...

The scales resist his blood-drenched axe, but the dragon is still knocked over. (He couldn't quite reach the rider).
Imperials - Scratch

A crossbowman headshots Uriz, but he resists it, even despite the lack of a helmet. The other is cut down trying to get away from him.

The final spearman heads down.
Water demons - lordintype

Crossbowmen shoot a guardsman and pull back, making way for the charge of the final waterdemon reinforcements in the game: the royal guards.

One of Fat Olaf's halberdiers gets smashed trying to get to the keep. Then Olaf focuses his powers. His opponent, the nobleman, dies of heart failure as he witnesses what's about to happen...

Olaf turns into a 'Nordic' dragon and starts flying towards the keep!

He morphs back to his humanoid shape as he reaches the abandoned castle, and captures the flag!

Olaf has thus seized 3 victory points... Will he be able to hold onto them?
Citizens - Alex

The citizens fight back, killing a halberdier that was making his way to the keep (gee those guys have been ineffective).

The cleric (in a failure reminiscent of that of Queen Lara in Grave Tidings) accidentally brings a fallen soldier back from the dead... In not quite the right way. Meanwhile the jester cleans off his mage and runs to put on Sir Jason's armour, thus becoming...

THE BATTLE JESTER!!!

The citizens attack, killing one royal guard but losing the nobleman's daughter to a counter.
Andelmere Guard - Brikguy

Uriz runs and jams his sword into the final crossbowman's face.

Guardsmen keep pouring out of the castle, killing a raider and a chariot dog.

They also keep heading down the walls.

The Draklon Matriarch confidently blocks what would have otherwise been a headshot. The imperial soldier who was there with her gets gutted however, and the bloodknights start heading up towards her once more.

Over at the harbour a royal guard is knocked back, but not killed, by a bloodknight's charge.
Peasants - Kommander Ken

The peasants hurry out of the burning farmstead and combine fire, killing a dragon.

The elder uses his pitchfork as a baseball bat, silencing the Draklon matriarch.
Draklon Raiders - Vami

The battle matriarch throws her sword, hitting the crossbowman on the gate in the neck.

Lots of things happening at once.
The slayers pick themselves up and swing at the peasants from both sides, their deadly weapons slicing right through their helpless victims. The dragon keeps torching the farmstead. The archers fire on the elder but don't kill him. The Draklon rider blindsides Marcriss and catches him in the neck (-1 HP).
With no one left to protect the farmstead, it has essentially fallen, though it counts as 'destroyed' since it's been set on fire.

The slayers leap from their chariots and join the massive melee happening at the gate. The catapult fires...

... and the final crossbowman is crushed.
