Thank you, gents. And yes, I'm not too fond of the wider cones on two of the pine trees, they do look at a bit awkward. I just wanted a way of making them look more refined and finished. At this point I'm afraid of becoming a little too detailed and I need to stop myself before its too late. Although... the more stuff I take the time to carefully add, the more stuff there is to completely decimate and raze to the ground.

I also need to re-read most of the '10 rulebook again, so I'll be reading that when I should be working on a paper. Fun times!

But on a more serious note, I've been experimenting with some possible sci-fi/space faction stuff. These guys probably look pretty generic, and I know they're just those space mariney series 13 collectible minifigs, but they're more than likely just placeholders. I am brainstorming for a sci-fi faction, though.

Fiddling more around with the series 13 space marine guys. Changed the color scheme a bit, but I'm unsure whether or not I like the black 'visor' so I grabbed a BT head. I kinda like it, but I'm getting ODST vibes from the Halo series.

Most of the BT heads came with one of the older Millennium Falcon sets.

The BT I'm using here is actually a reversed Electro minfig head from one of the cheaper Spider-Man sets. But yeah, they don't seem very common.
