The others charge, the demonspawn countercharge.
Imperial hunters try to shoot the horses, but don't kill them.
The king kills another demonspawn with a blast of light.
More duels begin.
The matriarch gets some company too.
Imperials (Scratch)
Imperials shoot at the king, but can't harm him.
"Stupid horse!"
*thump* The captain is knocked out for a round.
Drakon the Whirlwind (Elmagnifico)
Drakon summons a gust of wind.
The flanking demonspawn are blown off their horses and the horses are spooked.
Then Drakon cuts down one of the crossbowmen going after the king. He drew his sword to defend but Drakon was just too fast.
Draklon Raiders (motorhead fan)
Nothing happens.
Neckbeard the dwarf (lordintype)
Neckbeard throws a shield.
It hits Genghis Spawn and knocks him down. Genghis survived, but will need an action to wedge the shield from his throat and is disrupted.
And here finally the aftermath of the charge. One warrior fell on either side, and the survivors started fighting hand-to-hand.
One demonspawn charged and speared a guardsman.
The dismounted ones continue their flanking maneuver and attack a royal guard.
